Leadership/Executive Search Recruitment and Placement

We have completed hundreds of successful school recruitment assignments throughout the UK, mainland Europe, South East and Central Asia, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and the United States. We have worked for schools of all types and sizes, but especially UK Independent/private and British International schools, from pre-school/Early Years, through Prep/Primary to Senior/Secondary . We specialize in leadership posts, but also will help with teaching posts, especially for hard-to-fill posts. Strategic Consultancy

We provide specialist consultancy in whole school leadership and management, including strategic reviews, governance, marketing and PR, mergers and acquisitions, senior salaries and performance, for both UK and international schools. Through AMC Families, we provide advice on school choice and university admissions; facilitate private tutoring; and arrange guardianship.

We recognise the importance of maintaining close client relationships throughout the duration of an assignment and beyond. It is in forming these partnerships that we are able to understand fully the complexities of each individual assignment and to respond with a bespoke solution. We do not believe in the 'one size fits all' approach.
