Founded by Anthony Millard in 2004 AMC specializes in:

• Search and recruitment of principals, heads and other senior leadership posts for good schools, both state and independent, throughout the English-speaking world

• Search and recruitment of directors of schools, business directors and bursars, development and marketing directors

• Facilitating and supporting strategic reviews aimed at clarifying vision and shaping plans for the future

• Advising families and students making critical choices of schools, courses and universities

• Providing appraisal, professional review, counselling and coaching for school leaders, supported where appropriate by psychometric profiling

New Director joins AMC:

David McGahey, formerly a Director of Education of Buckinghamshire Local Authority, and recently Managing Director of Eteach, David joined AMC as a non Executive Director in October 2009.
