VICE PRINCIPAL, The Regent Secondary School, Nigeria
306 pupils | Co-educational | Day & Boarding | 11-15+ years | Member AISA/CIS
For April or September 2012
Founded in 2006, as a result of the growth and success of The Regent Primary School, The Regent Secondary School is growing rapidly and has developed into an inclusive and vibrant community in which young people learn and grow happily.
Its vision is to be one of Nigeria’s leading and most inspiring co-educational day and boarding schools, providing a well-resourced, strongly academic, British-style education.
The Board and the Principal are seeking to recruit an outstanding new Vice Principal to join the senior management team either from April or September. This is a wonderful opportunity for an educational leader who is inspired by the challenge of improving and developing standards in a warm and inviting, yet challenging and exciting Nigerian school environment.
Along with a sense of humour, flexibility and integrity, you will bring to the School a strong track record of success, a thorough understanding of best educational practice and a collegiate approach to working. You will have taught at secondary school level and will have management experience as either a Deputy, a Director of Studies or Head of Department. Experience with the British National Curriculum, of teaching in international settings and in a boarding environment would be beneficial.
The Regent Secondary School has built a great reputation for itself. You could be integral in building it even further.
