Worksop College is a Woodard school which values faith, unity and vision. The College and Ranby House, its preparatory school, operate on two beautifully located and well-resourced sites in North Nottinghamshire. The Head of Ranby House enjoys considerable autonomy and reports to the Headmaster of Worksop. The Board of Governors, Provost and Headmaster are looking to recruit an outstanding Head of Ranby House capable of successfully leading the school through an exciting period of change and development.
The successful candidate will be:
- A strong and energetic school leader with moral purpose, capable of driving Ranby House forwards and adept as a corporate team player and strategic thinker
- An excellent communicator who will spearhead recruitment and PR by representing all that is best about Ranby House and promoting its holistic education
- Abreast of new ideas in education and capable of inspiring and enabling staff and pupils to achieve outstanding results thus building on the recent excellent ISI inspection report
- A committed Christian who will value every individual pupil and member of staff while playing an active role in taking forward the Woodard vision
