PERSONAL TUTOR, Moscow
From January 2012

An exceptionally talented and highly competent Qualified Teacher is required from January 2012 to work as a full time Personal Tutor for twins, aged seven, based in Russia.
The children's parents, both professionals, will be living and working in Moscow and also, on occasion, undertaking international travel. The role of the Personal Tutor will be pivotal to the children's development in the forthcoming critical years and the successful candidate must be capable of delivering an outcome which would enable the children to progress to the next stage of their education in a Leading UK Independent school.
The successful candidate will be:
- An outstanding and experienced professional with deep integrity, capable of supporting the education the children receive and monitoring progress to ensure they realise their full potential
- A self-starter, independent with a mature and outgoing character and warm personality, capable of empathising with the family, celebrating their heritage
The successful candidate needs be a Prep/Primary specialist capable of teaching a full range of subjects and directing / tutoring the children's education in liaison with their school, whilst ensuring that they are prepared for and successful in gaining entry into top independent schools in the UK in 2014.
Important factors will be the ability to provide total educational care and an understanding
of the educational differences between the British and International systems. The Personal Tutor will be expected to have considerable enthusiasm and energy, good judgement and the ability to understand and identify with the special environment of family life in Moscow and internationally.
A generous salary is on offer plus accommodation, travel and use of a car (candidates must have a valid driving license).
