The Director of Operations & Deputy CEO will support the work of the Board, CEO and members within our growing global educational association. The post holder of this newly-created role will be responsible for the enabling features of COBIS business activities. This will involve leading specific areas connected to the delivery of the strategic COBIS development plan and ensuring that business processes are efficient and effective. In addition, the post holder will have a good understanding of day to day operations and will, as appropriate, deputise for the CEO.The Director of Operations & Deputy CEO will support the work of the Board, CEO and members within our growing global educational association. Job Title: Director of Operations & Deputy CEO

Reporting To: CEO Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Circa £67,000 Negotiable depending upon qualification and experience

Term of Contract: Initially a two-year fixed term contract. COBIS has the discretion to renew/extend the contract
