Experience of leading a school of significant size, including responsibility for education, school operations and budget setting are essential pre-requisites for the role.

Director of Education
Nord Anglia Education Ltd • For September 2010
The successful candidate will be working closely with Nord Anglia’s COO and Executive Committee to shape the strategic direction of educational provision across the business. As part of their remit to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Learning Services contracts. The Director of Education will be relied upon to develop a ‘dashboard’ system for identifying and monitoring shortfalls in teaching quality and student development. Another key task will be to establish strong strategic relationships with both national and local governments, in order to create new business development opportunities for the future.
Educated to MBA or Masters level, you should have considerable education experience in an international forum, preferably including a school headship. Strong networking skills will also prove invaluable, as will time spent contributing at a strategic level in an international education role.
