This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with formal marketing experience and an entrepreneurial approach with experience in school development and marketing to join this bilingual international school for young citizens of the world.

As part of the school’s expansion plan, the school is seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Development and Digital Marketing (“HDDM”) to join this outstanding School. They are looking for someone who can combine innovative but practical ideas with the skills and knowledge to autonomously implement initiatives. As a HDDM, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall School’s development and digital marketing strategy.

This all-encompassing role requires a practical individual who is able to operate equally well at a strategic level as well as ‘on the ground’ doing whatever needs to be done to achieve the School’s goals.

The post is to start as soon as possible and commands a competitive salary.

The Board are looking to appoint a Head of Development and Digital Marketing who will:

  • have experience and passion for digital technologies and utilising different digital marketing channels and be CIM qualified;
  • have the ability to be strategic as well as hands on and creative;
  • be responsible for increasing pupil admission and will work closely with Admissions, defining alumni strategy, establishing partnerships with school groups and direct sales across the local and international community;
  • work at a visionary level whilst managing the detail and intricacies of communication and enhancing the schools digital marketing capabilities;
  • develop international business, developing new recruitment projects; play a key role in the school life providing effective reporting and direction to the senior management team.
