AMC Director, Floyd Steadman OBE DL HonDEd received a special award from Brunel University in December when he was awarded the Doctor of Education. This award is another fitting tribute to recognise Floyd’s endeavours and outstanding work.
A former Head and Saracens rugby player, Floyd frequently visits schools, companies and groups delivering inspiring and enlightening talks and training sessions on unconscious bias and diversity and inclusion.
We receive wonderful and touching feedback following each and every one of Floyd’s presentations, and the impact his sharing of his life experiences have on individuals and groups is quite exceptional.
