Executive & Leadership Coaching services:

Leadership is exciting and rewarding, and yet can also be challenging and even lonely at times. Coaching with Anthony Millard Consulting offers tailored support for school leaders and leadership teams. Our 1-to-1 coaching sessions will help you develop leadership skills, enhance communication skills and interpersonal abilities, improve decision-making and foster a positive and inclusive school culture.

At a time when the school independent sector is undergoing considerable change, we can also offer coaching for school leaders with a business focus, to help you develop the strategic thinking, management skills, and business acumen needed to run educational institutions effectively and efficiently.

With a coach who has over 20 years’ experience in school leadership, including a decade in headship, we can provide services to individuals and teams, by someone who understands the challenges and opportunities you face to day to day.

All coaching is confidential, non-judgemental, offering empathy, compassion and support.

Individual Leadership Coaching:

The four step coaching plan –

1. Initial Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment to understand the current capabilities, strengths, and areas for focus using our own bespoke psychometric testing.

2. An introductory session for contracting and creating a personalised development plan based on the assessments and a completed pre-coaching questionnaire.

3. Four 1:1 coaching sessions: each session is up to 60 minutes.

4. Final review session.

Leadership coaching is for all school leaders or aspiring school leaders from heads of year group, department leads through to head teachers, principals and chief executives.

Leadership Team Coaching:

  1. Psychometrics: Each team member completes individual psychometric testing to understand the different personality profiles across the team.
  2. An introductory session based on results of team members psychometric testing and a SWOT discussion.
  3. Coaching sessions: Three, two hour collaborative coaching sessions.
  4. Feedback: written feedback including ongoing support.

Team coaching is appropriate for all senior and executive leadership teams, whether new teams following a restructure, or existing teams that are looking for a refresh or seeking to introduce a coaching culture into their school.

Leadership Training: INSET & Workshops on transformational leadership, conflict resolution, and team building.

Business Skills: Sessions on financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, and branding.

Communication: Training in public speaking, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

AMC Coaching: Our Coaching provides the opportunity to re-energise, re-focus and feel confident to deal with challenges.
