This course provides suggestions, tips and advice on seeking a leadership post. Within a small group discussion, we cover application processes; writing your CV and Personal Statement; key areas to have an understanding of in preparation for leadership; tips for interviews; as well as general support and advice towards working your way to securing a leadership post.
This is a personalised course – we will seek with you beforehand to understand your exact needs and stage in your career. After the course session we will arrange a 1-to-1 session with you, to be tailored to your specific needs.
We run our ‘Aiming High’ course as many strong potential candidates come to us seeking advice and support of this nature, and find our course to be most valuable. It is led by experts from our AMC team who are former Heads / school leaders themselves, as well as having worked in education recruitment, and therefore have much experience in the best practice and tips towards seeking leadership posts both in the UK and internationally.
We limit the course to a small number of attendees in order for the course to provide maximum benefit to each attendee. The small numbers on the course enables you to feel part of a conversation, not just a CPD experience. The cost for attending, including the post 1:1 session is £225 + VAT.
