The Founding Head of Junior School will play a central role in establishing a school that is distinctive, ambitious and deeply human – laying the foundations for a community in which children flourish from their very earliest years.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and inspirational school leader who is a skilled strategic thinker and an effective planner, someone able to build effective relationships and deliver educational programmes at the highest level.
The Founding Head of Junior School will lead the establishment and development of the Junior School (18 months to Year 6), working in close partnership with the Principal.
This is a foundational leadership role, combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will shape the educational model, build a high-performing team, and establish a distinctive culture that resonates with internationally mobile families and locally based communities.
From the outset, the role will be broad and evolving. As part of a founding team, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute flexibly across the life of the school, taking on a range of responsibilities beyond a typical Junior School headship as the organisation grows and develops.
The Founding Head of Junior School will start in August 2026 or January 2027.
