When we set out to establish Wellington College International Qatar, we did so with the dream of bringing that legacy of excellence, innovation and humanity to Lusail, one of the most dynamic and forward-looking cities in the region.

Our vision is already taking shape. Ground was broken on our Lusail campus in January 2026, and a landmark school is now rising in the heart of the city, ready to welcome its first pupils in September 2028. 

By combining the holistic Wellington College ethos with the deep local insight of Al Faleh Educational Holding, the school will foster academic excellence, character development and global citizenship, establishing a new benchmark for education in Qatar.

The Founding Master will be responsible for the successful launch, growth and stability of the school, and will provide visionary and strategic leadership for the school, ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence, pupil wellbeing and holistic development.

The role demands a balance of educational leadership, marketing and admissions expertise, financial stewardship and community engagement, while embedding and upholding the values and ethos of Wellington College.
