Anthony Millard Consulting is proud to be leading the search for the new Head of The Dixie Grammar School.
Set across approximately 45 acres in three distinctive rural Leicestershire settings centred around Market Bosworth, the School’s campuses combine historic character with modern educational purpose.
The Dixie is a vibrant and selective co-educational independent school for pupils aged from six months to eighteen years. Following the announcement that Richard Lynn will conclude his successful thirteen-year tenure as Headmaster in August 2027, the Board of Governors is seeking an outstanding leader to guide the School into the future.
This is an opportunity for an exceptional leader to lead a thriving, ambitious and values-led school from a position of strength. The successful candidate will preserve the qualities that make The Dixie distinctive while ensuring that the School remains confident, sustainable and future ready.
Working in partnership with pupils, families, staff and Governors, the Head will shape the next chapter in the history of The Dixie Grammar School, building on strong financial and strategic foundations to lead the School confidently into its next phase of development.
The Head will provide visionary, strategic and values-led leadership across the whole School. The successful candidate will embody the School’s values of Respect, Resilience, Courage, Commitment and Care, leading the delivery of our shared vision.
